After the movie Vivah both Shahid Kapoor and Amita Rao are in demand and they can now choose there own choice. Together they acted in Ishq Vishq and Vivah and it is a good combination. If they can act together again it will be completely dependent on Sooraj Barjatya.
After the success of the film Vivah Shahid-Amrita pair has been offered number of films one of them is David Dhawan whose new film for UTV is his first non comic movie.
Anyhow David Dhawan has chosen Siddharth the Rang De Basanthi chap who is a telugu actor and is doing a hero-giri in Dhawan’s new movie. Shahid is therefore out from the list. Amrita though taken somehow not convinced with the script as she found that the script is not of David Dhawan’s type. And ask about Siddharth she told she haven’t met him before and is convinced with the pair.
