Natasha, Phalguni and Urmila are fun loving married women and they strongly believe that you live only once and you should enjoy life fully.

But Phalguni and Urmila have a major problem with their husbands as they have become indifferent to their sexual needs and have no time for them. Natasha says that she has no problem with her husband Aryan because she always gives him surprises. She says that after some time every marriage becomes stale, so one has to make efforts to keep it alive and fresh. She gives them tips how to seduce the husbands.

The same night, Urmila and Phalguni wear sexy dresses and try to seduce Yash and Gautam, but they are disappointed when they realize that it has no effect on them.

To cheer them up, Natasha invites them to a friend's party to watch male striptease. The place is raided by police and it really alarms them. The girls want to have fun but there is risk involved.

Natasha suggests husband swapping. Urmila and Phalguni are shocked initially and they refuse to do it, but later they agree when Natasha explains to them how it should be done.

The three women reach a resort with their husbands to have vacation for a week and celebrate the New Year Night. On the very first day, they decide who would be paired with whom. But in the lucky draw, Natasha is left with her husband Aryan only.

Phalguni and Urmila put in their best efforts to seduce each other's husbands and finally succeed.
,br> During their stay in the resort, the group comes across a young pretty girl called Megha. Aryan feels very attracted towards Megha and becomes friendly with her. In a very subtle way, Natasha encourages their relationship and pretends as if she doesn't mind it.
,br> Megha's wealthy husband Raj arrives on the scene and Aryan is surprised when he learns that Megha is a married woman. But he also comes to know that Megha and Raj have a strained relationship.

As the New Year Night approaches, strange things begin to happen. Megha receives messages from an anonymous person who claims to be her lover. Raj receives threatening calls warning him that thee would be an attempt on his life.

Raj and Megha don't take it very seriously but then there is an attack on Raj's life. Fortunately, he survives.

On the eve of New Year Night, Raj receives a call from his office that his factory caught fire. Before rushing to the city, he promises Megha that he would return soon.

While the New Year party is in full swing, Phalguni and Urmila, who have exchanged their husbands, are all set to go to bed with them. But then a scream is heard and to everyone's shock, Megha's body is found near the swimming pool. There is chaos in the hotel and at the last moment, Phalguni and Urmila realize what blunder they were about to commit by exchanging their husbands. They regret their decision about swapping and feel guilty.

The police investigate and find out that Aryan was with Megha just before she was killed. It is also established that he had sexual intercourse with her on the same night. The evidences are against Aryan. Natasha is shocked when he is arrested.

But then it is revealed to everyone's surprise that the swapping and Megha's murder was planned by Raj and Natasha, who were in love with each other. Natasha wanted to get rid of Aryan and Raj wanted to do away with Megha.

During the climax sequence, Raj and Natasha have a major show down and during their confrontations they confess their crime. The police officer arrives to arrest them and they are killed by police. Aryan is released from the lock up. Yash, Gautam, Urmila and Phalguni are there to receive him.

CHARACTER SKETCHES
ARYAN VAID (RAJ SOLANKI)
Raj is an extremely ambitious middleclass boy. He is an opportunist who is in love with Natasha who is his college friend. Unfortunately the two could not get married due to Raj’s low economic status. Aryan promises to get rich in life through any possible means and finally settles for a job in a rich industrialists company and falls in love with his only daughter Megha who is the only heir to this huge empire. After the fathers death the responsibility of the entire business empire falls on to Raj and Megha’s shoulders. Raj is extremely ambitious person and had married Megha only because of her wealth and now it was all in her name. Raj wanted to grow the business to dizzy heights but for megha money was enough and she was more keen that they spend much time together. Differences between them begin to surface and they start moving apart also due to Raj’s wayward ways. Megha becomes the biggest thorn in megha’s life and her elimination gets all the wealth for himself and also gets to live life the way he wants. he begins to plot Megha’s murder and a chance meeting with his ex-flame Natasha makes his task easier.

HINA REHMAN (MEGHA)
Megha is the only daughter and heir of her father’s huge business empire. Raj Solanki works in her company and she falls in love with him or rather Raj makes her fall for him as a part of his elaborate plan to get rich quick and they eventually get married. Problems start after marriage when Raj realizes that all the wealth is in Megha’s name and he can have none of it without megha’s consent. Megha has enough of money and she wants to live a quite peaceful life full of love, which is resented by Raj as he ant’s to earn more and more money. Gradually Megha drifts away from Raj even contemplating divorce, which Raj doesn’t agree to as he gets nothing after divorce. Megha begins to live a lonely life searching for love and spends most of her time in a resort with her poetry and music.

PAYAL ROHATGI (NATASHA)
Natasha is a young upper society girl married to Aryan a businessman. She is friends with Falguni and Urmi also married to rich guys. Outwardly Natasha loves Aryan very much but the fact remains that she has not been able to forget her college love Raj, who is a rich industrialist today. Natasha along with her friends enjoy amongst themselves in the absence of their husbands due to work pressure. They would go to parties and disco together and Natasha would hear their stories of not being happy and satisfied in their marriage and tries to play her part too. She has one chance meeting with Raj and the fires ignite again. Raj re-affirms his love for her and lets her know about the mess in his marriage. Raj states that if Megha is out of the way the wealth can be his and he can also marry Natasha after Aryan is somehow implicated in Megha’s murder. Natasha agrees to help him using her friend’s vulnerability. They plan that she would take her friends to male strip clubs so as to get excited about other male bodies and finally make them agree for husband swapping in a far away resort so that they could achieve their objective of killing Megha and implicating Aryan.

SIDDHARTH KOIRALA (ARYAN)
Aryan is a young handsome businessman married to Natasha. He loves her very much Natasha got married to Aryan under family pressure as her college love Raj was not settled economically, which Aryan was not aware of. Though she was also settled in her marital state Raj was still there somewhere in the corner of her heart. He is unaware of Natasha’s plan but agrees to go to the resort for the year end holidays and there he meets Megha who he falls in love with unknowingly and gets implicated in her murder.

FALGUNI & URMI

They are friends of Natasha and very dissatisfied with their married life. They enjoy with her by going to discos and strip tease clubs. They agree for husband swapping at her insistence and thus become pawns in the Natasha’s game.

YASH & GAUTAM

They are husbands of faguni and urmi and always busy with their work and unable to spend time with them and hence their lives get into Natasha’s clutches for having some fun. They also go to the resort on their wives insistence and get sucked in to the seduction and swapping drama of their wives.
